Requesting a Grant

The Forest Hills Educational Foundation awards grants to schools throughout the district. Following are some simple guidelines for the grant application process.

  • Complete the grant form. Specific areas for grants as well as maximum amounts are listed on the form. You can download the form here.
  • Submit your grant. Grants are due by March 1 for the upcoming school year. (Ex: grants for the 2010/2011 school year are due in March 2010). Please follow the submission guidelines printed on the application.
  • The Foundation will notify you by April 15 that your grant was approved or denied.
  • Once the grant is approved, the business office will provide information on the ordering and reimbursement process.

Grants that connect directly to the curriculum and learning objectives will receive the highest priority. Due to limitations in funding, not all grants will be funded.
